Abstract:

The Secretary plans to amend regulations on institution and program eligibility under 20 U.S.C. 1082, 1085, 1092, 1094, and 1099c, including 34 CFR 668.16 that are associated with the standards of administrative capability that must be met by institutions participating in the title IV, HEA programs.
