Title: Policies and Procedures for Implementing Hydroelectric Incentive Payments Under Section 242 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 
Abstract:

The Department of Energy is proposing to adopt specific policies and procedures to aid in the selection and award of hydroelectric production incentive payments under section 242 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, as amended.  The proposal intends to establish policies and procedures regarding the application process and the information requested by the Secretary of Energy to issue incentive payments to owners and authorized operators of hydroelectric generation facilities that generate energy for sale.
