Title: ●Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Manufactured Housing; Enforcement Procedures | |
Abstract:
The Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing enforcement procedures for DOE’s energy conservation standards for manufactured housing in 10 CFR part 460. DOE established standards in May of 2022, and recently amended the compliance date for the standards to follow issuance of DOE’s enforcement procedures. The proposed enforcement procedures will provide clarity to manufacturers to help ensure compliance with DOE’s standards and understand DOE’s enforcement process. |
