Title: Protection of Stratospheric Ozone: Updates Related to the Use of Ozone-Depleting Substances as Process Agents | |
Abstract:
Under existing regulations, certain ozone-depleting substances (ODS) can be used in limited applications as process agents consistent with provisions in Clean Air Act title VI and the Montreal Protocol. This action intends to reconcile and clarify definitions of existing requirements and update recordkeeping and reporting requirements to improve consistency. Revised recordkeeping and reporting requirements would align with Montreal Protocol reporting. |
