Title: Partnerships With Faith-Based and Neighborhood Organizations 
Abstract:

The Department of Housing and Urban Development and eight other participating Federal agencies issued a final rule on December 17, 2020, to implement Executive Order 13831 (Establishment of a White House Faith and Opportunity Initiative).  However, President Biden revoked Executive Order 13831 via Executive Order 14015 (Establishment of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships), and the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the other participating Federal agencies are engaging in an interagency process to amend their regulations to clarify protections for beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries receiving federally funded social services and the rights and obligations of organizations providing such services.
