Title: Use of Federal Properties to Assist the Homeless (FR-6119) 
Abstract:

This joint interagency proposed rule updates HUD, GSA, and HHS’s regulations (24 CFR part 581, 41 CFR part 102-75, and 45 CFR part 12a) on use of Federal properties to assist the homeless pursuant to the Federal Assets Sale and Transfer Act of 2016, Public Law 114-287 (FASTA). This final rule would make other clarifications to reflect current references and programmatic practices.
