Abstract:
The rule would amend the Prudential Management and Operations Standards regulation (12 CFR part 1236) to clarify that any regulation that identifies itself as a prudential standard will be treated as a prudential standard, as permitted by 12 U.S.C. 4513b. The current regulation identifies prudential standards as guidelines only. |
