Abstract:

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (Commission) expects to propose amendments to the regulations governing the investments that futures commission merchants and derivatives clearing organizations (DCO) may make with funds deposited by customers to margin futures, cleared swaps, and foreign futures transactions, as applicable.
