Abstract:

Proposed rule modifications related to certain reporting obligations under the Ownership and Control Reports required by parts 17, 18 and 20 of the Commission’s regulations. Commission staff is evaluating amendments to those requirements to eliminate the need for staff no-action position, as currently set out in staff letter 20-30.
