Title: Federal Management Regulation (FMR); FMR Case 2021-01, Real Property Disposal Subpart H--Use of Federal Real Property to Assist the Homeless 
Abstract:

This joint interagency proposed rule would update U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), General Services Administration (GSA), and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) regulations (24 CFR part 581, 41 CFR part 102-75, and 45 CFR part 12a) on use of Federal properties to assist the homeless pursuant to the Federal Assets Sale and Transfer Act of 2016, Public Law 114-287 (FASTA). This proposed rule would make other clarifications to reflect current references and programmatic practices.
