The NCUA Board intends to amend its regulations to implement the Credit Union Governance Modernization Act of 2022 (Governance Modernization Act). The proposed rule would amend the federal credit union bylaws.  The public comment period ended on December 2, 2022, and the Board intends to issue a final rule to adopt the proposal, as required by the Governance Modernization Act).
