Abstract:
The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), with the concurrence of the Office of Government Ethics (OGE), plans to issue a proposed regulation for FMCS employees that supplements the executive branch-wide Standards of Ethical Conduct issued by OGE. The supplemental regulation requires FMCS employees to obtain prior approval before engaging in certain outside activities or employment. |
