Abstract:
This rule will propose changes to make the procedural regulations governing various types of appeals easier for small businesses to understand. The rule may also propose additional procedural rules to implement appeals provisions of the Small Business 7(a) Lending Oversight Reform Act of 2018, Public Law 115-189. |
