Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement the Small Business Administration final rule published on November 17, 2022 (87 FR 69118), which increased the net worth threshold used to determine a concern’s eligibility as an economically disadvantaged small business from $750,000 to $850,000 for inflation.
