Abstract:

USDA's Office of the Chief Financial Officer proposes updates to USDA's regulatory implementation of 2 CFR part 200 - Uniform Guidance for Federal Financial Assistance.  The proposed update at 2 CFR Chapter IV is focused on increasing fair and open competition, equitable access to economic opportunities, and enhancing the internal control landscape of financial assistance at USDA.
