This final rule will implement the Employment and Training (E&T) provisions of section 4022 of The Agricultural Act of 2014. The provisions of the Agricultural Act of 2014 require reporting measures for States' E&T programs. An interim final rule was published on March 24, 2016. At that time the Department sought comment from stakeholders, including State agencies, community advocates and the general public. In addition, the Department has solicited community engagement during each of the renewals of the OMB approved information collection for the Annual report of E&T program outcomes. State agencies are the only entities directly impacted by this rule.
