Title: ●SNAP: Update to Nondiscrimination Statement Requirements 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would amend SNAP regulations by requiring that the application must contain a nondiscrimination statement in accordance with current USDA requirements. Currently, SNAP regulations at 7 CFR 273.2(b)(1)(viii) refer to a specific nondiscrimination statement, which is outdated. This change is aimed to ensure nondiscrimination statements are consistent across SNAP and in alignment with USDA requirements.
