Abstract:
This Department of the Navy rule is finalizing amendments concerning professional conduct of attorneys practicing under the cognizance and supervision of the Judge Advocate General. The revisions remove internal content and update existing information about the professional responsibility requirements of attorneys practicing under the cognizance and supervision of the Judge Advocate General. The rule also adds complaint processing procedures. |
