Title: Modification of Cooperative Research and Development Project Authority (DFARS Case 2023-D013)
Abstract: DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement section 211 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023, which amends 10 U.S.C. 2350a(a)(2) and 10 U.S.C. 2350a(g), respectively, to expand the scope of DFARS 225.871, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) cooperative projects, to also include Cooperative Research and Development Projects to include other allied and friendly foreign countries under the European Union and the European Defense Agency, the European Commission, and the Council of the European Union and their suborganizations.
