Title: ●Disclosure of DoD Funding in Technical Publications (DFARS Case 2024-D003) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 212 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021.  Section 212 requires contractors to assert the dollar amount of the research and development funds received from the Department of Defense for such activities.
