Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 852 of the National Defense Authorization Act for 2024, which amends 10 U.S.C. 4902(e) to specify the types of instruments that mentors and proteges may use to enter into agreements under the DoD Mentor-Protege Program.
