Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 853 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024, which amends 10 U.S.C. 4951 to modify the definition of "eligible entity" with regard to cooperative agreement holders.
