Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 801 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024, which amends 10 U.S.C. 3456(b)(2) to require contracting officers to provide commercial product or commercial service determination documentation to contractors and subcontractors upon request.
