Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 833 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024, which revises 10 U.S.C. 4863 to add restrictions on aerospace-grade metals.
