Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 832 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024, which revises 10 U.S.C. 4862 to revise exception for small purchases provided in 10 USC 4862(h) for purchases of flags of the United States.
