Title: ●Exception for Restriction on Certain Metal Products (DFARS Case 2024-D014) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 834 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024. Section 834 amends 10 U.S.C. 4872 as it pertains to the exception requirements to the acquisition restriction on certain magnets, tantalum, and tungsten.
