Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 825(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024, which prohibits DoD from contracting with entities that provide data to certain logistics platforms unless a waiver is granted.
