Title: Stars and Stripes Media Organization  
Abstract:

This rule finalizes updates to the authorities and responsibilities for the Stripes Media Organization and reaffirms its editorial independence in providing media products to veterans and their families and contractors based on changes in the consumption of news and information in a digital age. It also removes internal operational policies and procedures that do not have an external burden on the public.
