Title: DoD Privacy Program; Amendment | |
Abstract:
The Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to amend current policies and procedures for its DoD Privacy Program. The amendments will ensure appropriate agency disclosure of information and offer consistency with the goals of section 552a of title 5, United States Code. This rule will provide agency guidance on the disclosure of medical records as directed under the Privacy Act. |
