Title: Color Additive Certification; Increase in Fees for Certification Services | |
Abstract:
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the color additive regulation to increase the fees for certification services. The change in fees will allow FDA to maintain an adequate color certification program as required by section 721(e) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) (21 U.S.C. 379e(e)). |
