Title: Recalls of Products Subject to the Jurisdiction of the Food and Drug Administration 
Abstract:

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA or the Agency) is issuing this advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) to obtain information related to the recall process for products subject to the jurisdiction of FDA and to invite comments that may inform FDA’s consideration of whether and how to revise its general recall regulations. This ANPRM seeks comments, research, information, data, and responses from all interested parties to inform the Agency’s efforts to modernize the recall process for FDA-regulated products.
