Title: Transitional Coverage for Emerging Technologies; Response to Comments (CMS-3421) 
Abstract:

This final notice responds to public comments received on the June 27, 2023 notice with comment. The notice provided information to the public on the process we will use to provide transitional coverage for emerging technologies (TCET) through the national coverage determination (NCD) process under the Social Security Act (the Act). This notice does not alter or amend our regulations that establish rules related to the administrative review of NCDs.
