Title: CY 2025 Revisions to Payment Policies Under the Physician Fee Schedule and Other Revisions to Medicare Part B (CMS-1807)(Section 610 Review) 
Abstract:

This annual proposed rule would revise payment polices under the Medicare physician fee schedule, and make other policy changes to payment under Medicare Part B. These changes would apply to services furnished beginning January 1, 2025.  Additionally, this rule proposes updates to the Quality Payment Program.  This proposed rule would also codify the inflation rebate program for Medicare Part B and Part D drugs established in the Inflation Reduction Act.
