Title: ●Increase Flexibility for Tribes in Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Eligibility 
Abstract:

The proposed rule would amend the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) regulations to allow all Indian Tribes and Tribal Organizations operating CCDF programs, at their discretion, to establish and use family eligibility criteria regardless of family income.
