Title: Low Impact Filming | |
Abstract:
This proposed rule would state that permit and fee requirements that apply to commercial filming do not apply to low impact filming that occurs in the National Park System, even if footage from low impact filming is used to generate income. The rule would define low impact filming such that impacts to park resources and visitors from low impact filming would be similar to impacts that occur from visitors engaged in casual filming for personal enjoyment. |
