Abstract:

This Interim Final Rule amends the Justice Acquisition Regulation to create a contract clause expressly notifying contractors that JAR 2839.102 (48 CFR 2839.102) applies to their contract and informing them where to find the relevant agency security policies that they are required to comply with pursuant to JAR 2839.102.
