Title: ●Department of Defense Support of Certain Department Of Justice Activities During an Emergency Situation Involving a Weapon of Mass Destruction 
Abstract:

The Secretary of Defense and the Attorney General are issuing this rule concerning the types of assistance that the Department of Defense (DoD), upon the request of the  Attorney General, may provide in support of Department of Justice (DOJ) activities during an emergency situation involving a weapon of mass destruction. This rule also describes the actions that DoD personnel may take in circumstances incident to the provision of such assistance.
