Abstract:

The Department of Justice (Department) published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that proposed to define "good cause," in the context of continuances, adjournments, and postponements, in the immigration regulations.  The Department is planning to publish a Supplemental Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on this topic.
