Abstract:

On December 18, 2020, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, Department of Justice (Department), published a rule titled Executive Office for Immigration Review; Fee Review (RIN 1125-AA90) that adjusted its fees for processing certain filings and appeals following an economic analysis of their costs. The Department proposes to rescind or modify various portions of the December 2020 rule under this RIN.
