Title: Distances for Storage of Certain Explosives | |
Abstract:
Final rule amends the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) regulations to add clarifying explanatory notes to the table of distances for the storage of low explosives and the table of distances for the storage of display fireworks (except bulk salutes). The notes will provide clarity and consistency throughout the tables of distances by stating that when two or more magazines are separated from each other by less than the specified Separation of Magazines distances, they will be considered as one magazine. |
