Title: Exchange Visitors: Camp Counselors 
Abstract:

The Department is seeking input from the public on the Camp Counselor portion of the Exchange Visitor Program, in accordance with the Fulbright-Hays Act, in order to inform a future proposed rule that will better align the program with the public diplomacy purposes of the Act and the Exchange Visitor Program. The ANPRM will also solicit public input on present and future requirements imposed on the public by both the Camp Counselor provisions and the general provisions of Subpart A of Part 62 of 22 CFR.
