Title: International Traffic in Arms Regulations: USML Category XVI 
Abstract:

The Department of State is amending the rules in United States Munitions List Category XVI--Nuclear Weapons Related Articles, to better harmonize its rules with the Department of Energy part 810 regulations and ensure that all items that provide the United States with a critical military or intelligence advantages are listed on the United States Munitions List and remain subject to U.S. Government export controls at all times.
