Abstract:

As part of its USML Modernization efforts, the Department of State proposes to amend part 121 and Supplement No. 1 to Part 126 of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations to standardize language and structure across Categories and entries for purposes of consistency, clarity, and improved ease of use.
