Abstract:
The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau is proposing to modernize and streamline the application requirements for wine premises set forth in 27 CFR part 1 and 24. This deregulatory measure is expected to reduce the burden on industry members with regard to the information that must be submitted as part of the permit application. |
