Title: Addition of American Single Malt Whisky to the Standards of Identity for Distilled Spirits 
Abstract:

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) is finalizing its proposal to add "American Single Malt Whisky" to its distilled spirits labeling regulations as a standard of identity.  TTB undertook this rulemaking in response to petitions on this subject.
