Abstract:

The Department plans to propose revisions to the regulations that govern the Professional Development program, Assistance Listing Number (ALN) number 84.299B, authorized under title VI of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended (ESEA).  The regulations would establish priorities, requirements, and a definition for the program, including a priority for teacher retention projects.
