Abstract:

The Secretary plans to amend regulations on third-party servicers under the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA), related to existing guidance on third-party servicers; reporting requirements; financial or other compliance requirements; and past performance requirements as a component of ongoing institutional eligibility for participation in Federal student financial aid.
