Abstract:

On March 8, 2024, the EPA published the final rule titled "Standards of Performance for New, Reconstructed, and Modified Sources and Emissions Guidelines for Existing Sources: Oil and Natural Gas Sector Climate Review. In this action, we are publishing a “good cause” final rule under the good cause provision of the Administrative Procedures Act, without an accompanying notice of proposed rule to address errors. These errors will include simple cross-referencing errors, typographical errors, formatting errors, and minimal language changes for clarity.
