Abstract: This rulemaking would amend FHWA regulations at 23 CFR Part 630 concerning Project Authorization and Agreements (Subpart A) and Advance Construction of Federal-aid Projects (Subpart G). This rulemaking would include amendments to reflect changes in related laws and regulations, remove outdated or conflicting requirements, and ensure consistent compliance.
