Title: Application of Buy America to Manufactured Products 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would consider withdrawing the general standing waiver of the applicable Buy America statute (23 U.S.C. 313) to manufactured products. The rulemaking would propose in its place standards and requirements to determine the extent to which a manufactured product must comply with Buy America.
